No. Suncatcher Cares is a maintenance membership, not insurance. It covers annual inspection, priority scheduling, and reduced or waived trip fees. Parts and labor for major repairs are billed separately at member rates. We’re upfront about this because we’d rather be honest than surprise you with an exclusion.
We call you within 1 business day of signup. Most members get their first inspection scheduled within 2 weeks. If you have a known issue or an urgent situation, tell us on that call and we’ll prioritize accordingly.
